What is a lot loan:
|
- A lot loan is a loan from a lending institution such as THE
NECEDAH BANK to finance the purchase of a plotted lot.
Then when you are ready to build, the lot loan coverts to a
construction loan to fund the building of your new home.
After construction is complete, the construction loan then coverts
to a permanent mortgage.
- Lot loan for 1-4 family non-owner occupied properties will be considered.
- This program is not intended to be used for vacant land
purchased for agricultural or hunting use.

- You would want a lot loan if you are planning
to build a primary or second/vacation home
within 4 years.
