What is a lot loan:






 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • A lot loan is a loan from a lending institution such as THE NECEDAH BANK to finance the purchase of a plotted lot.

    Then when you are ready to build, the lot loan coverts to a construction loan to fund the building of your new home.

    After construction is complete, the construction loan then coverts to a permanent mortgage.
     
  • Lot loan for 1-4 family non-owner occupied properties will be considered.
     
  • This program is not intended to be used for vacant land purchased for agricultural or hunting use.
 
     
When would you want a lot loan:



 
  • You would want a lot loan if you are planning
    to build a primary or second/vacation home
    within 4 years.
     
 
     

What is needed for a lot loan:

 

 

  • 10% to 15% minimum down payment
     
  • Plans to build a new primary or second/vacation home within 4 years.
 
     

The Necedah Bank - Lot Loan Terms:

 

  • 1 to 4 year balloon mortgage with a maximum amortization rate of 20 years.
 
     

Closing Costs:

 

  • Closings costs for lot loans range from $400 to $700.
 
     

Documentation needed when

  • (1) Current pay check stubs (2) Your W-2 from the most recent year.
     
  • If you are self employed, you will need your past 2 years tax returns.
